Our Prices

• Inspections for homes up to 1500 square feet and less than ten years old are priced at $300.   Additional charges apply for larger and older homes and for homes with crawlspaces.   Trip charges may be applicable for homes outside the normal service area.   Please call the inspector at 205-970-6883 for a firm price quote.
• Indoor air quality test prices are provided under the Home Air Check tab.
• Radon test prices are provided under the Radon tab.
• Mold testing fees are provided under the Mold Sampling and Survey tab.
• Light Commercial Inspections are priced on an individual case basis.  Please call the inspector for a firm price quote.

Our Reports

AQI Home Inspections uses HomeGauge computerized reporting software which means that your inspection report will be completed and are generally available on the day of the inspection. The report includes numerous color digital photographs which clearly identify any areas of concern. AQI strives to provide our clients with the most advanced inspection reports available in the market place.
